Hi, I’m JENNIE EPLAND.

I am a dedicated movement educator with a passion for holistic wellness. With over a decade of experience teaching Yoga and Pilates, I specialize in helping clients build strength, mobility, and body awareness through thoughtful, personalized sessions and group classes.

My background in Thai bodywork and aromatherapy enhances an integrative approach, creating a well-rounded experience that supports both physical and mental well-being. Known for my warmth, humor, and ability to adapt to individual needs, I foster an environment where students feel empowered in their practice.

My Approach

I begin with a dynamic postural assessment using a comprehensive evaluation through the lens of Pilates & Yoga movement and alignment work to explore how the human being in front of moves in space. 

Once we address the physical body, we need to turn our gaze to the energetic and spiritual body. 

This is where Meditation, Breathwork, Aromatherapy and Thai massage enrich the experience.
